The association, was established 7. April 2012. The Association's purpose is to promote cultural exhange of art and literature between countries, in particular between Europe and Latin America.
By organizing exhibitions in prestigious galleries, and international releases of books with cultural content in English and Latin languages, the purpose is to promote exchange of ideas and mutual understanding of art and culture.
